Car Clockers Given Confiscation Orders In May 2008, Brent and Harrow Trading Standards received a complaint regarding the sale of vehicles from Emat and Son Cars in Merrick Road, Southall. The vehicles from this car yard were having their mileage reduced in order to increase the value. This is commonly known as car clocking. Full Story
