Coverage Area
London RART provides a service primarily to the inhabitants of London including its visitors and commuters. Estimates put the residential population at about 7.2 million; this number is swelled daily by a large influx of commuters, as well as people travelling through and those who visit as tourists. In addition London RART in conjunction with other law enforcement agencies, both here and abroad will target criminals who use London to launder the proceeds of their crime, irrespective of where they reside or operate from.

London RART currently provides a dedicated Confiscation, Cash Seizure and Money Laundering investigation service to:
- London Heathrow Airport Police (part of the Metropolitan Police)
- The London borough of Westminster
- Operation Trident (Metropolitan Police investigation into Black on Black gun crime)
- The Dedicated Cheque & Plastic Card Unit (DCPCU)
- The Middle Market Drugs Project (a multi-agency team who target middle market drug traffickers across London)
- Operation Maxine (a multi-agency team who target those involved in people smuggling)
- Various HM Customs units, including Waterloo International & City Airport.
- Various City of London Police units
- Various Trading Standards Departments within London
