In December 2003, Croydon Crown Court made a confiscation order against Michael Anthony Forte in the sum of £123,474 to be paid by September 2004 with a further £15,299 of realisable assets deemed to be an obligation having priority. At confiscation proceedings at Wood Green Crown Court on 2nd December 2005 Michael Atkins appeared before Her Honour Judge Faber. Michael Atkins had previously pleaded guilty at the Magistrates Court to trafficking 5 kilos of cocaine and was subsequently sentenced at the crown court to 6 years imprisonment.
