took place on 27th January 2006, despite one Defendant refusing to leave his cell at Pentonville to go to Court, and 4 others being stuck in traffic somewhere between the Isle of Wight and Snaresbrook!
Borrero (Spanish national): Benefit £222,274.99 and a Confiscation Order of £44,646.10 with 18 months in default, 14 days to pay
Gadea - Encisco (Spanish national): Benefit £222,568.25 and a Confiscation Order of £46,855.28 with 18 months in default, 14 days to pay
Jorge Rodriguez Meija (Colombian): Benefit £271,031.50 and a Confiscation Order of £73,335.00 with 20 months in default, 6 months to pay
Valencia: Benefit £189,030.35 and a Confiscation Order of £1,092.35 with 45 days in default, 14 days to pay.
A fifth defendant appeared the following Friday, 3rd February 2006 at Snaresbrook Crown court to have approx £8,000 confiscated. He had requested that he be present when the order was made.
The total amount confiscated was £173928.73
