Final Conspirator Receives Confiscation Order
A 45 year old self employed lettings manager of Totteridge, North London was convicted of conspiracy to supply Class A Drugs on the 16th of February 2007. He was subsequently sentenced to 15 years imprisonment.
This conviction was the result of a pre-planned drugs operation by the Metropolitan Police's Middle Market Drugs Team in August 2005. During the operation, 42 packages of cocaine weighing approximately 1 kilo each with a street value of £1,260,000 were found in a North London flat. Alongside the packages was a list of buyers and quantities for distribution.

It was discovered that the man, in fact, owned the flat and was working with three co-conspirators who all received prison sentences. Confiscation orders were also made against them.
London RART conducted the financial investigation on all the conspirators with the 45 year old man being the final of the four to receive a confiscation order. This order was made at Harrow Crown Court on the 26th of February 2009.
