North West RART provides a service primarily to the inhabitants of Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside and North Wales. In addition North West RART in conjunction with other law enforcement agencies, both here and abroad continue to target criminals who use the most densely populated cities of Liverpool, Manchester and Preston along with other major cities in the region to launder the proceeds of their crime, irrespective of where they reside or operate from.
